FAQs
Do you post internationally?
Sorry, at the moment we only post to addresses in Singapore. You can read more about our delivery policies here. However, we aim to roll out international delivery options as soon as possible. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.
How is the artwork packaged for postage?
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Unframed, larger prints (A3 and bigger) are typically rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes, while smaller prints (A4 and cards) are posted in cardboard backed envelopes. Framed prints are carefully wrapped and protected in robust packaging.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 working day of receiving your order, with photos of the damage to the packaging and the artwork itself. We will endeavour to create a replacement as soon as possible.
What is your return/exchange policy for "ready to adopt" artwork?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your "ready to adopt" artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, along with your order number, to discuss an exchange. Please note that the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the fragile nature of the artwork, all artwork is not eligible for a return and refund.
Are custom work and commissions eligible for returns or refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of custom commissions, deposits are not eligible for returns or refunds once we begin work on the proof. However, we will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that you are satisfied with the final result.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Please enquire about gift wrapping options when placing your order. We'd be happy to accommodate your request if possible.
What is the difference between "ready to adopt" artwork and a custom piece?
"Ready to adopt" artwork is pre-designed and available for immediate purchase. These are existing pieces that you can choose from. A custom piece is created specifically for you, often featuring a particular vehicle of your choice and sometimes with personalised details.
Can I commission artwork of a specific vehicle?
Absolutely! Commissions and custom work is a significant part of what we do. If you have a particular car, motorcycle, yacht, aircraft, or any other vehicle in mind, we can create that just for you. Contact us here for custom work.
How does the custom/commission process work?
The process typically involves a few steps:
Initial Inquiry: Reach out to us with details about the vehicle you'd like and any specific requirements. Our custom order form is linked in the sidebar here.
Quotation and Agreement: Based on your request, we’ll provide you with a price quote and an estimated timeframe. Once we agree on the details, we’ll send over the invoice.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your custom piece. This deposit becomes non-refundable when work begins on your proof.
Creation and Updates: We’ll start working on your artwork and may provide updates or sketches along the way for your feedback.
Final Approval: Once the artwork is complete, we’ll share a final proof for your approval digitally. 2 minor revisions are included; major revisions will incur additional costs.
Final Payment and Shipping: Upon your approval and receipt of the final payment, your artwork will be created physically, carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Can I request personalised details in a commission?
Yes, absolutely! We can often incorporate personalised details such as specific licence plates, vehicle names, dates, or custom bodywork (an add on is required for non-standard bodywork by quotation) to the blueprint. Please let us know during the initial inquiry, as major revisions incur additional time and cost.
What materials do you use for your artwork?
We use the highest-quality German made paper and professional-grade inks to ensure the longevity and visual appeal of our artwork. The specific materials used will be detailed in the product description or discussed during the commission process.
What are the available sizes for your artwork?
The available sizes tend vary depending on the specific piece. For "ready to adopt" artwork, the available sizes will be listed in the product description. For custom work and commissions, we can discuss size options based on your needs and the complexity of the design, but generally we work in A3 and A2 sizes.
Will the colours of the artwork on my screen be exactly the same as the physical print?
While we strive to display the colors of the artwork accurately on our website, please be aware that there can be slight variations due to differences in monitor calibration and screen settings.
