Welcome to Racing Blue. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services — including continuing to browse the pages on this website, placing orders, or requesting commissions — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Us
Racing Blue is a Singapore-based creative studio producing motorsport-inspired artwork, including original prints, cards, and collector pieces. Every item is created with a deep respect for engineering, performance, and racing history.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
3. Intellectual Property
All original content on this site — including artwork, product designs, text, graphics, logos, and photographs — is the intellectual property of Racing Blue or its licensors and is protected under copyright and design laws. No part of our content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
We occasionally refer to names, trademarks, or imagery related to motorsport events, teams, or individuals in an editorial or descriptive context. These references are made in good faith for the purposes of commentary, tribute, or artistic expression and are not intended to imply official endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
All third-party names, marks, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use principles where applicable.
4. Orders, Commissions, and Payments
a. General Orders
Prices are listed in the currency stated on the site and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any item is dispatched.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product listings, pricing inaccuracies, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
b. Commissioned and Custom Work
We offer bespoke artwork commissions and custom work subject to availability and our acceptance of the brief. A deposit is required to begin work. All commissioned artwork and custom work remains the intellectual property of Racing Blue unless otherwise agreed in writing. The final artwork may be publicly showcased by us as part of our portfolio unless the client expressly requests otherwise in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse any commission request at our discretion, particularly where the content may infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate community guidelines.
c. Payment Methods
We accept secure online payment through trusted third-party processors. We do not store or access your payment details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship both locally and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and shipping method. All delivery dates are estimates only.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Because our artwork is produced in limited runs or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Commissioned artwork and custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Accuracy of Information
While we do our best to ensure all content, product details, and prices are accurate, mistakes do occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including after an order has been placed — and to update information or cancel orders if necessary.
8. Privacy
We collect and handle your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our Services for unlawful purposes;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
Use the artwork or brand materials without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, services, terms, or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racing Blue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our Services.
All items are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with Singaporean law.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration administered either by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Arbitration Rules, or through mediation or arbitration administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) under its rules, via the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), depending on the nature of the dispute. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
