Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5pm Singapore time (GMT +8) will be processed on the next business day.

Custom orders have separate processing times.

Shipping Methods and Times

Currently, we post only to Singapore addresses via Ninja Van or Speedpost and provide tracking numbers for all orders, excluding orders that only contain postcards or cards.

Once processed, orders shipped within Singapore typically arrive within 1-3 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Orders at or above $150 are posted free of charge.

We aim to roll out international delivery options as soon as possible. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.

Local Collection

We offer the option to collect your order at 2 locations in Tiong Bahru: Tiong Bahru MRT or outside Foodie Marketplace on Eng Hoon Street. These options can be selected at checkout.

If selecting a local collection option, please leave a working contact number in your order details. Please drop us a message at the contact number in the order confirmation form to arrange a time for the local collection.
